Wear Clean Gear

Everyday you begin by checking your gear. This means your thoughts, attitude and physical body. Keep them clean and in good condition and change becomes child’s play.

Hydrate and Lubricate

Nourish and nurture your mind, body and soul. Your mind with good thoughts, attitudes and emotions. Your body with good food and water. Your soul with good company, compassion and kindness. Lubricate all of it with gratitude and everything feels better!

Eyes Forward

It makes no sense to look back. Whatever is behind you is just that, behind you. It is past. Focus on the road ahead. Keep moving. The past will take care of itself. Now, go… one foot in front of the other. Keep breathing. Stay thankful.

Rest, Renew, Restore

Training is a cycle of discipline, working and resting. Rest allows us the opportunity to restore and renew our body, mind and spirit. Give yourself permission to rest and schedule in breaks to support yourself.
